At The Resin Anvil, every piece that leaves the forge is crafted with care — but if something isn't right, the Forge Master stands behind every order with a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

What we offer If you are not completely happy with your order, we will gladly provide a full refund or replace your item. No adventurer should be left without proper gear, and we will make it right.

Condition of returned goods Items must return to the forge in the same condition as they left — unassembled, unpainted, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been painted, modified, or damaged after delivery. A used sword is still a used sword, after all.

How to return Do not wait — send a raven as soon as an issue arises. The sooner you reach out, the faster the Forge Master can get to work resolving it. You can contact us via the contact form on our website or by emailing us directly.

Once we confirm your return, we will provide the return address and next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom prints Custom orders are forged specifically for you. If there is a quality issue with your custom print, contact us immediately and we will reprint or refund — no questions asked.
