One of the first Kings of the Velgaryn from the Age of Creation, Ridan was among the three Colossal Kings to fight against the Ilgritharm when they first stepped foot on Tharador. Ridan perished in the battle, and his body has rested beneath the soil that would become Sudd Tohst, buried in a hastily constructed tomb by his kin. Now his slumber of thousands of years has ended, risen by Myrothlir himself.
