A degenerate clan of Troglodrytes found lurking in the darkest tunnels of Kordenmak. Driven mad by isolation and hunger, they have turned to consuming any flesh they can find — including their own kin. They move in small, frenzied packs, drawn by noise and the scent of fresh blood.
