Raised not among the Darkscales, Kijaa was brought up by a cloistered sect of vicious killers — the order of the Silent Dragon, consisting entirely of Black Dragonkin trained as assassins. After her bond-brother Azraak sacrificed himself and she fled after failing a contract, she now aids Sovram against the Silverscales, finding a place among her new kindred.
