A cyclops formerly held in Baldur's infamous "Project Glass Ceiling" research facility in the Teryn Highlands. He escaped during an insurrectionist raid and now roams free, with Baldur too stretched by civil war and Draksborne attacks to recapture him — leaving the bounty to independent hunters.
